Vineet Bhatia é um chef indiano nascido em Mumbai em 1967.
Formado em catering e economia, Vineet iniciou a carreira culinária em 1988 quando começou a trabalhar como chef estagiário no grupo hoteleiro Oberoi. Posteriormente, se tornou Chef Executivo no restaurante Kandahar do grupo em Mumbai.
Em 1993 se mudou para Londres e trabalhou durante 5 anos no restaurante Star of India. Porém em 2004 quando trabalhava no restaurante indiano “Zaika”, Vineet ganhou uma estrela Michelin. Atualmente o chef possui 2 estrelas Michelin e 8 restaurantes ao redor do mundo, sendo considerado um dos maiores nomes da culinária indiana.

Vineet Bhatia is an Indian chef born in Mumbai in 1967.
Graduated in catering and economics, Vineet started his culinary career in 1988 when he started working as an intern chef at the Oberoi hotel group. He later became Executive Chef at the group’s Kandahar restaurant in Mumbai.
In 1993 he moved to London and worked for 5 years at the Star of India restaurant. However, in 2004 while working at the Indian restaurant “Zaika”, Vineet won a Michelin star. Currently the chef has 2 Michelin stars and 8 restaurants around the world, being considered one of the biggest names in Indian cuisine.
