No ano de 2019 para celebração dos 150 anos de Mahatma Gandhi, foram realizados diversos projetos em homenagem ao grande líder, visando relembrar e cultivar os valores deixados por ele.
O projeto “Plantando Gentilezas” propôs o plantio de 150 árvores nativas da Mata Atlântica e trouxe a reflexão da importância da preservação da natureza.
Sendo então, realizado no dia 21 de setembro (dia da árvore) no Rio de Janeiro e obtendo sucesso em seus objetivos.
Objetivos que não eram apenas preservar a memória de Gandhi em um só dia, mas todos dias, seja plantando árvores, realizando uma coleta seletiva em casa, ou evitando o uso de plástico.

In 2019 for the celebration of the 150th anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, several projects were executed in honor of the great leader, aiming to remember and cultivate the values left by him.
The project “Planting Kindness” proposed the plantation of 150 native trees from the Atlantic Forest and brought a reflection on the importance of nature preservation.
It was held on September 21 (tree day) in Rio de Janeiro and was successful in its goals.
Objectives that were not just to preserve Gandhi’s memory in one day, but every day, whether by planting trees, conducting selective collection at home, or avoiding the use of plastic.
